What EjectSeat is
EjectSeat is an analytical product that reads public SEC filings, earnings call transcripts, and Tier A/B media coverage and returns a predictive risk score. The score is a signal, not a prediction. It is not investment advice, not legal advice, and not a forecast of what will happen to any specific employee.
What EjectSeat isn't
We are not a financial advisor. We do not recommend any action regarding your employment, compensation, or financial planning. We do not have access to internal company information; everything we use is public.
Accuracy
We make best-effort attempts to read and analyse the available public information correctly. Markets and company circumstances change; historical signals do not guarantee future outcomes; and our analysis may be wrong. Use EjectSeat as one input among many, alongside your own judgement and any direct information you have.
Use of the service
You may use EjectSeat for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape our results, resell access to the service, or use outputs to train competing machine-learning systems. Abusive use of the API (rate limit violations, deceptive authentication, attempted prompt injection) will result in termination of access.
Limitation of liability
EjectSeat is provided "as is" without warranty. Admin-Ace LLC is not liable for any decision made in reliance on the score or any consequential loss arising from such decisions.
